At Vistancia Animal Hospital we know that emergencies happen during the most inopportune times and that the safety of your pet is of the highest importance. In the event that your pet is having a medical emergency, during our normal business hours, please contact us immediately so that we can prepare for your arrival. For after-hours emergencies, please visit the closest emergency room for assistance.

When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Vistancia Animal Hospital understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments. You can either apply at our hospital, where we'll call in your application over the phone for immediate approval, or apply yourself online at: www.carecredit.com.

Walk-ins are welcome during regular business hours, but we ask that you call ahead to lessen the length in which you may have to wait. We strive to accommodate all questions and concerns from our clients in regard to medical emergencies and walk-ins. Any concern you have at home is an opportunity for us to ease your mind, so please contact us.
